SOk so i just recently moved back into my moms house. Well harmony my aoon tobe 3 yr old has a new imaginary friend. She tells me that she talking to her brother ans tjat he doesnt have a name yet but they play all the time. i know that some kids have imaginary friends but this is a little freaky. Me and OH havent told her that we expecting a 2nd LO yet so im sure where this is steming from. This is a 24 hour thing for her now too she'll feed him hold his hand wherever she goes, tuck him in at night. I'm just wondering if anyome has experienced this or what you think. Sometimes I wonder if maybe shes a bit clairvoyant?

Ok so i re read my post and there are alot of mispelling a words left out. Im sorry i posted it with my phone and it tends to glitch alot. I apologize if its hard to follow. Lol

i dunno maybe she is abit phycic, my cousin always used to say she spoke to our grandad at night (he died before she was born) was creepy all the stuff she said about him like how would she know that? ...or maybe she just really wants a brother so she's imagining one up for herself :)

Lol who knows. I hope she is a bit clairvoyant because i really want this LO to be a boy lol but i just thought it was a little creepy lol but that may be due to the ridiculus amoint of horror films ive seen in my life lol

aww hope you get your little boy :) i find stuff like that really interesting (not seen many horror films too scary lol)

No experience of this, but how amazing if you do end up having a little boy. I'd probably be skeptical and say she probably really wants a little brother, and has imagined one up to play with.

Oh wow my little sister use to do that when she was younger, thing is a close playmate of hers died when she was that age and she knew things about her death that no one had told her. Eventually she grew out of it and I guess stopped playing with her 'imaginary friend'. She could honestly be seeing something you don't or she could just honestly want a brother to play with and be making it up. I think it just depends on what you believe in, I think as long as she isn't doing anything really weird that she's fine.

my 2 yr old thinks his mickey mouse and a couple of his other stuffed animals are real, he has talked to a "kitty" a couple times that neither DH or I can see but he has a VERY wild imagination and is very active and doesnt have many other kids his age to play with, since im a young mom the other moms dont have any interest in play dates so i jst chalk it up to his creativity and looking for a play mate! xx dont worry hun! i had a imaginary friend as a kid, i dont remember but my mom said it was after my little brother was born and they had recently moved to anew state, and i turned out jst fine(well for the most part ;) lol jk) but i think ALOT of children do!! its jst like playing pretend!
