toddlers making they self sick

hey girls my friend has a little girl and when she dont get her own way she makes her self sick my m8 is really woried she will hurt her self by doing this .

like whne we went to town her lo wanted a toy and my m8 said yes 2 seconds and she started crying and made her self sick my m8 was like god i am sick of her doing this

any advice on what she can do xxxxxxxxxxx
