So sorry to hear this I had the same last jan only I was spotting so was kinda expecting the worst. It's horrible and heartbreaking and it will take a while for you to heal. It wasn't until I conceived again and after some more spotting but my pregnancy and babies are progressing well (9months later) that I began to get over it and that's because I feel guilty towards my twins if I feel sad over our angel baby, without the mc there would be no twins.
