Totally confused, please help me

I am getting much darker opk's in the morning than in the afternoons. Is this normal, or am I just consuming too much liquids at lunch time??

Opks work better if you don't use fmu. I'm not sure why though. Sorry, just didn't want to r and r. Xxx

I know that you're usually supposed to have not urinated for at least 3 hours before taking one... if that helps :-/

Didn't wanna r&r.. A lot of people don't test in the morning time..
