I have a 12ft trampoline in my garden gathering cobwebs, it was great at first but then it got old. Maybe i should get using it though to shift some lbs!

We have a big one in our yard for the kids. Unfortunately, my stomach cannot handle jumping up and down anymore. LOL

Its cardio exercise so it doesn't really "tone" you
I use it most days, I started off doing it when I was watching soaps, every time an ad break came on I got up and jumped for 3 mins lol

thats what im going to do i find exercise vids so boring and i end up dreading doing it so in the end i give up, so i wanted something which is fine and i can do it while watching the tv lol and sometimes im not always able to get out and about so i thought it would be a good idea.
