Trans vaginal Scan causes Miscarriage?

My last pregnancy was not a good one, there were issues and there was a tear at the placenta. I had bleeding and went to the er. The er ultrasound tech was NOT gentle and I was squirming all over the table in pain. While I don't think tau cause miscarriages, I can see where that kind of thing that happened to me could expedite a pending one, and may be where the stats came from. I bled quite a bit after that exam if I remember. Correctly, and did miscarry. She was ROUGH. And in a delicate pregnancy that wasn't good

I've had two trans-vaginal scans. One at 6w3d and one at 8w4d. Don't worry - they wouldn't do it without making you sign something if it was dangerous.

I've had 3! I have a tilted uterus otherwise they would have never seen the baby. They said they don't even attempt to do regular belly ultrasounds before 13 weeks. If they were causing miscarriages im sure we'd hear about them! :)
