has anyone had this before? im having one on monday just wondered what the success rates are? and also im seeing my FS on wednesday unsure on what the next steps are if this dont work as im on my last cylce of clomid and dont get nhs support as i already have one child any advice please xx

the trigger shot was my best friend, without it my follicles just kept on growing to massive sizes. ask your doctor about letrozole if this month doesn't work out for you, clomid didn't result in pregnancy for me but the letrozole was awesome stuff xx

it's also called femara. traditionally it's used in the treatment of breast cancer but also works like clomid, stimulating ovulation

Hey could you please let me know what dosage, and what else you did to conceive?

i was on 2.5mg on cd2-6, used preseed (needed as much help as possible as husband also has/d poor sperm count/morphology etc!) and as much BD'ing as i could muster as i had only recently had a laparotomy so it was rather painful !

i had a 10,000iu hcg trigger on cd10 - on that day my scan showed a 7mm uterine lining and a 11mm follicle on my right ovary, and a 19mm + 20mm on my left ovary

i only know all this info as i recently requested a copy of all my medical notes

Just wanted to know how many cycles after failed clomid u ask ur gynae for trigger
And also hav u got an idea after clomid n trigger , ttc2 ladies can get iui or not

Hello just seen my old post lol I didn't have any trigger shots in the end I had a course of letrozole ie femera with the help of vitamin d pills and here I am 35 weeks preg lol

Just roaming around reading everything on HCG shots, I took clomid from 6/5-9, had blood drawn 6/14/2012 followed by 10000 Trigger shot & then 6/21/2012 I had a Beta Quant labs along with testing Estradial & progesterone. Ive been diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia & PCOS. The Dr. informed that first labs looked great hormononally but I haven't heard anything else since in regards to Beta labs. I'm confused why they would take them so early & because they don't give lab results over the phone when will I know. I'm going crazy because I've been having cramps on & off and a lot of creamy CM. I'm pretty sure first time shot wouldn't do the job, but I'm still hopefulim so confused & wondering what I should do
