Triphasic and FF labels

Hi ladies,

I know that triphasic charts do not mean that you are pregnant, and that you do not need one to be pregnant.

I'm just curious as to whether my chart right now looks triphasic or not.
It's more gradual than most example charts I've found, but I'm a total noob.
Most people always mention that FF will label it as triphasic, but for those without VIP, it doesn't seem to? Can anyone confirm if it does or does not for non-VIPers?

Chart's in my siggy. I'd appreciate any input!

I have a basic membership and if my chart looks triphasic it tells me on the app via pregnancy monitor part. Your chart looks promising to say the least.

Okay, thanks. Mine's still not labeled as triphasic, and I wasn't positive that it should be, but I wanted to make sure it would show up even in a basic membership.

At least my temps still look good. Got a bit of a dip today (still my second highest temp) but at 12 dpo it's freaking me out. haha

13 dpo Temps are still high, but I still had a stark white bfn today.
I'm not honestly sure how long my leutal phase usually is, as I have never kept track before, so I don't know when to expect AF. I know it doesn't tend to vary by too much.

Your lp will stay the same. So if your lp is 14 days the af would be expected on monday. My lp is 15 days. I hope af doesn't come and you just have a shy bfp.

I've just never tracked before to know what my lp will be. I just know that it doesn't tend to vary a lot from woman-to-woman, unlike the follicular phase.

I'm just sort of starting to freak out that I didn't O after all. I'm chalking this hellaciously long cycle up to a medication that I'd started one week before my last AF, in Nov. I stopped taking it exactly one week before FF says I ovulated, and my temps certainly look like I did. It's just so easy to assume my body's playing tricks on me when I'm on CD 81.

im sorry your cycle is so long. My last cycle was 44 days and that was awful. I can only imagine what it is like at 81 days. I hope you get your answers soon.

I'm not hanging any hope on triphasic, but I'm finding this interesting.

FF doesn't label me as such, and I'll trust that. I'm just finding it interesting that my temps are gradually increasing. I guess I just haven't seen a lot with the pattern I have right now. Then again, I haven't looked at as many as most women on here probably have. But I can see why it wouldn't be labeled as triphasic... it just keeps going up and only having 1-3 temps 0.1-ish degrees below the previous one. Interesting.

Today's temp is a bit questionable (I wrote a post about temp adjusting in the main TTC forum), but worst case scenario, it's 36.75, which is still well above the coverline, so I'm happy either way.

I only adjust if i take my temp no more than half hour early/late. As long as your temp is up you're still in the game.

I've been able to test whether the adjuster is usually accurate for me, under better circumstances (i.e. I sleep for 5 hours, wake up to pee, and then sleep the other 5 until my normal testing time) it's always been spot on, so I used it today. Either way, I made a note of the early temp, normal time temp, and adjusted temp so I know later. I also checked "sleep deprived" so the circle would be empty to remind me that it's questionable.

So on the question of FF labeling triphasic: How long have you been using it? Because my free trial of VIP expired yesterday, and the pregnancy monitor is VIP. So if that's where you will see it, it isn't available after the free trial of VIP. I ended up upgrading to VIP anyway, for three months. I like all of the analysis features. I was surprised how bare it was after VIP was gone.

Also, temp dipped way down today, so I also changed my temp yesterday to the original. Left the note in about the other temps though. Hopefully AF shows soon. This has been one helluva long cycle.

My chart was lableled on the pregnancy monitor and i haven't vip.

I bet it has. And if af does show i hope it is soon.
