I have had real trouble sleeping these past few weeks and I am sure I am not alone...

I had a bath about 9 last night with Radox Lavender bath stuff and it was lush :cloud9: I have not fallen asleep so easily in what feels like forvever! I woke up more refreshed too so it must have gotten me into a real deep sleep.

Would highly recommend this...and its on offer for a £1 in Boots at the mo too

Oh to have a bath to soak in...
I'd not even need anything in it, just beautiful warm water. Delicious! I'm so tired of the shower now. I have to wait until I go to the UK to visit my folks before I can soak in a bath and there's is a mini style one so at the moment even that's not doing it. :(

I have no trouble dropping off - it's waking up several times a night and then about 4 or 5am not being able to get back to sleep :(

Anything is worth a try I'll take any tip, I toss and turn most nights anyway but last night was a real pearler. Seriously I know this sounds weird but the bottom of one foot was itching like mad for hours! Has anyone else had this? I was scratching it on the carpet, trying to cool it and everything, then in the morning it just stopped. *yawn* hoping to sleep like a baby tonight! x

My doctor told me it was safe to take unisom...I take that when I can't get to sleep..I usually sleep pretty good and wake up feeling refreshed!

I'm exactly the same! I wake at about 4.30 every morning and can't get back to sleep for hours. I normally drop off just before the alarm goes off! So annoying.

Same for me to. No end of toilet trips then can't get back to sleep grrrr! Oh's snoring doesn't help either!!!

Good advice LilApple. I find I get up a lot in the night too and wake up early as well. The bad news girls is that it only gets worse as you get further on. With my son I remember being up about six times a night to the toilet (at least) and waking up at around 5am when I was around 36 weeks onwards - must be preparation for having a newborn.

The dreamgenii pillow is good for getting comfortable as the bump gets bigger - as is making your hubbie sleep at the very edge of the bed whilst you hog the space and covers!
