trying for 1year

Hi all any tips or advice me and my partner have been trying for a year with no luck started ovulation tests and nothing showing so not sure whats going on my periods are on time every month so must be ovulating!!!! My partner has 2 children and really want to have one of our own my partner is on meds for his back but looked them up and should not stop us from getting pregnant. Starting to feel down which doesnt help what should i do or try ect please thanks in advance x

Don't be down. My hubby and I tried for 5 years before our first. On top of that, we experienced 3 miscarriages. Honestly, the back medicine might effect his motility. Has he gotten that checked?

There are a few things I did that helped... The biggest was stress relief, bringing the passion back to the bedroom (especially after trying for so long), learning how to balance my hormones naturally and increasing my cervical mucus. Apparently, it was too acidic for his sperm to travel through... who knew?

I think for me the stress of trying got to me. Once I let go of that, my marriage and my life got happy and then pregnancy happened not too long after.

I hope that helped... Main thing, don't get sad, don't give up... love your partner and your life and learn about natural methods before exploring chemicals and drugs.

Thanks for that sometimes in a way its nice to hear other peoples storys gunna get him to find out about his meds and try to relax we mite have a mini break just to get away from everything and go from there xx
