So we have started our journey trying to conceive LO number 1 and just recently my OH has started back at the gym. It's kinda making me want to start but I'm a bit nervous about it affecting my chances of conceiving and then early stages of pregnancy? Am I being paranoid?
I sort of think that it will be fine as long as I dont overdo it, but we are soooo desperate for our first that I dont want to be doing anything that could jeopardise it!!
I would mainly be doing the classes - Zumba, Body Combat, Body Pump with a little gym now and then too.
What do you guys think? And what sort of regular exercise do you do?
