I'm so frustrated right now. I don't know if it's just me, but I sit and watch YouTube videos of other's ttc journey and it gives me a little hope:happydance:. Then I run to take a hpt (after the last one I took has been at least a week) just to get a :bfn:.:growlmad:

Then today my friend texts me and says she went to the doctor and found out she's pregnant. She's 41 years old and was not even trying. She didn't even want to be pregnant which is what she keeps telling me. I'm happy for her (cause right now she's in the depressed stage). I'm constantly seeing more and more people pregnant and they are the ones that aren't trying. I'm so frustrated with this..

To the ones that were trying and got :bfp: congratuations and I'm so happy for you (It's just frustrating when you're trying and someone who isn't trying winds up pregnant. I love it when someone who's ttc gets their :bfp: because that gives me hope) I'm frustrated because my periods are irregular and I haven't had a cycle in a few months now. (Already been to doctors they say nothing is wrong) which just frustrates me even more. So i don't even know what cd I'm on to even start tracking it. :growlmad:

And to all of the ones ttc like me :dust: becausewe need it.

In other news me and my guy have been :sex: almost every day ttc..:happydance: The fun part of trying:haha:

i dont get that!i dont get the part that doctors say that nothing is wrong and leaving you like this...i used to have irregular cycles and the first thing the doctors told me was you must be regulated and cant be left without a period waiting for it to arrive on its own because our body without help tends to get "lazy"...you must support it!
what i went through ;
1)they gave me the limit of 40-45 days without period ...after that i took progesterone pills twice a day for 5 days so that i can have my period!
2)on the second day of the cycle i had my blood tested ALL THE HORMONES related to getting pregnant and having a period...testosterone DHEA , estradiol etc.it was a list of countless hormones 4 pages!!!...and that was absolutely essential to happen on the second day while on period otherwise the results wouldnt be valid...
3)i had hsg so that it would show if a polyp exists and if the tubes are open...(this is not that necessary when you are not trying for a baby)
4)they checked my blood sugar (and thats a boring test you drink a sweet liquid and then every hour they take blood to see the levels of blood sugar)i was on the limit!
as you see all the doctors wanted to give me a boost to my cycles in order to have them again on my own...the first years i used to have 50 day cycles later 35 now i am taking metformin since i am on the limit of blood sugar and this is my first 28 day cycle!
metformin does miracles since it matures the eggs so you have a regular ovulation SOOO A REGULAR CYCLE!!!!!
my doctor also monitors now my ovualtion via ultrasound since the ovulation tests show the increase of the hormone required to make the egg break but they dont show if it actually took place!!!
have they checked all these factors?????

oh my endocrinologist says that the most important factors to regular periods is thyroid and prolactin!!!check them immediately these are the number one causes for no period in months!

Right now I'm trying these conceive easy pills. I just started this morning. I dint have insurance and when I went to the doctor last month she told me going to a fertility specialist will cost me thousands of dollars. I don't have that so I'm trying these pills to see if they help. The pills ate supposed to be all natural. When I went to the doctor the last time it happened to me I got poked and prodded and tested for everything from thyroidism to cyst. ( I asked about them because when it happened I was scared because my periods were regular before that. And I was reading forums and people were talking about PCOS and things so I asked her. She sent me to a doctor that stuck a camera inside me to check all of that out came back nothing. She said I was fine and should be able to have kids. She asked if I was trying that she could give me something to start my period ( at that time I was not trying) I told her no thanks. A few months later my period started again it was normal and regular. Then for some reason this year it has happened again. I went to see a different doctor (becaise I live in a different area) and she was just mean and not helpful where as the other doctor was willing to help me start my system if I was trying to get pregnant she was not.

i understand what you are going through it is hard without insurance!
since you checked all these factors i believe you are covered even though an annual check would be the ideal thing for you...
it makes me upset that your new doctor is mean and not helpful!i am of the opinion male doctors are better than women i went to a woman only once and without even examining me she told me i might have hpv (because of the spotting...no other symptom)imagine that!!!she was clueless!its been 5 years since of course i am healthy and of course spotting is not a sign of HPV...
i believe these people since they have the authority and we depend on them, they take the opportunity and show all of their character issues to us thats why they are mean...especially women!i have heard stories of nurses talking bad to women who give birth when they are in pain!!!of course none of this happens when you pay...thats how the system works here in greece...i am sorry for my english i hope you understand what i am saying!
anyway it very important to find a doctor you trust and feel comfortable to talk to and ask anything can you find another one?

i also saw a huge difference with pregnacare tablets (not the pregnacare conception tablets these are know to cause delays in cycles) but the pregnacare original!

yes i know they are from uk but i've read in this forum a lot of women who are from usa are taking them and saw difference...but i am not sure maybe they order them online!they contain herbs and vitamins so they are safe they are not chemical

I know I hate it!!!

Why does people that don't deserve kids get a :bfp:
And the ones that want to start a family are having the most difficulty time!

Since you have irregular periods I think the Clearblue Fertility Monitor will help you a lot! It's help a lot of women that have irregular period get their :bfp:

I just started it this cycle

How does the fertility monitor work...I feel icky today. Its like I felt wet tuis morning like I may be having af but I'm not. Anyone experience this before?
