TTC #1 Looking for a couple constant buddies

You've gone on clomid, I'm glad your docs still helping you. I haven't been back since having my bloods done. Last few cycles I have been taking the relaxed approach. No opk, no temping, just popping my vits and getting on with it. Gone back on opk this cycle (got positive this eve) literally waiting for oh to get off his computer!! I've taken geritol tonic, epo, b complex and folic acid. Fx this is the month!! How long have you been trying now?

yeah luckily our gp referred us to the fertility clinic so its all being done through them now... havent seen the gp for ages!

I have a feeling they wil send me for a laparoscopy when we go for our review next month... it was one of the things they wanted to send me for when we were there 4 months ago, but at the time i didnt think it woul be worth it, seeing as i dont have any endometriosis that i know of, or any other symptoms of cysts or anything.... but now that i have talked to a few others they suggest its worth it cos sometime they do find traces of endo or other things that they can fix while they are in there... so will see what the doc specialist suggests when we get there.

we have been actively trying for about a year now and before that NTNP for about 8 months.... we've been together for over 2 years now and not using any protection for most of it... so theres been plenty of times for accidents to happen yet nothing has... db is 42 and im 36 so im glad we are looking into it now...

keep me posted and fx'd this is the month for both of us... how long are your cycles normally? we'll be a few days apart as im due to ov in the next few days... we can stick out the 2ww together...

That's brill I hope it works out for you and you get your bfp soon. My cycles vary as you can see from my signature, but ye we can do our tww together. When do you usually ovulate usually? X

usually anywhere from day 13-16... im currently 12 and my CBFM showed a 'high' reading last night, so we made sure we bd'd and will do for the next few days... my softcups havent arrived yet tho so hope they come today... will be great if we can try them at least once this cycle... and see what happens... fingers crossed we are in it this month!! i dont know what i'd do if I ever saw a positive test... i've never even seen a faint line so i think i'd be dumbstruck if i did!

Haha me too!! Prob be in shock! I bought some soft cups but I struggled to get it to stay in and I felt like loads of his stuff came out when i was tryinf to get it in if u get me? Everyone is different though so your due tO ovulate any day? I got my positive opk on Sunday cd14 so I think I ovulated yesterday as my opk was negative yesterday just hope we bd enough.

if i were you i'd get another one in just for luck!

yeah ive read a few ladies have tried softcups either after doing the deed, or getting their other half to do the business in the softcup and then inserting it. but i think i'll try the first option and see if i can get it right... but if it poses a problem then we can try the other way as well. i just didnt want to make it a clinical procedure... i want us to still be able to enjoy the moment if you kow what i mean... anyway i'll keep you posted

my CBFM was still just on high today and hasnt peaked so going to give tonight a miss and hope the softcups arrive tomorrow.. then i think from tomorro we'll try every day until after ov...
