We have been TTC for over a year now. 2 miscarriages last year and now seeing fertility specialist. Just did 1st round (July) of IVF, but didn't get enough follicles, so it was converted to IUI. IUI was not successful. Today is CD 24 on this cycle. Didn't get positive OPK until CD 21. Doctor confirmed surge on CD 21 with LH surge bloodwork.
Have been having cramping for the last 3 days. Saw Dr. today and he decided to do pregnancy test (negative) and another test to see if I did actually ovulate. Test came back that I have not ovulated! Nurse said false positive with bloodwork.
Is it possible that I still have not ovulated?
Anyone have similar experience?
