ttc cd6 confused by bbt & cm chart

Ok I'm on cd 6 and this is the 1st month that I am using fertility friend to chart my bbt and cm. I had my mirana taken out July 20th had ad come aug 10th then on sept 4th so I have a 26 day cycle I think. What should I be looking for with my bbt and cm for when I ovulate? This will hopefully be baby number 3 I'm 30 yrs old and my dh is 41. Should we bd everyday or every other day? I'm just confused I guess lol. Any help would be appreciated. I didn't chart with my 1st two kids they are 10 and 4 now.

You should have ewcm and with me my temp spikes after O. Some people are slow risers from what I hear but if you have 3 temps in a row that are higher then that usually means you Od..

Still waiting for the cm change. Fertility friend said that should occur in the next 2 days but that I should O on the 15th judging from my cycle days. Which should I follow? Still no spike or drop in bbt.
