I am on CD 2. TTC cycle 4 starts. I have been diagnosed with PCOS in March (at my home country) just before I could fly down to UK to stay with DH for the first time and had been advised to avoid protection and try for a baby right away.
My periods are regular 28-30 days, I am not over-weight and I follow a pretty healthy diet, almost completely vegetarian except once or twice in a week with few chicken pieces, thats abt it all.
Although during TTC Cycle 1, it was a 45 day cycle getting us way too hopeful. We did try booking an appt with the GP at NHS who gave us folic acid supplements and said that this abnormal periods couple of times was normal and that I need to stay stress free to conceive.
I am very sure that DH and I BDed on d right days and I kind of think I ovulated on CD 14/15 with the egg white CM discharge and a lil ovulation pain types. I dont use OPKs, chart temps. DH against it to avoid getting me stressed. But still AF caught me yesterday.
Not really sure how I shud go abt it. Please advise.
I am due to join work at my home country in a couple of months leaving me with just another cycles to actually try, else I might have to forsake my job and remain a house wife for the rest of my life probably.
