TTC for 3 months

Hi there! My husband and i have been married for a year and have been ttc #1for 3 months. Last year i was told i had pcos....and this year i tried a different doctor and she said i didnt have pcos but i had abnormal fibriods in my uterus and said that it could be challenging but not impossible to conceive on my own. I am currently using Fertilaid as of last month and a lot of "alone time" with the hub. Praying everything comes together soon. I can already tell im getting flustered.
