TTC naturally w/ only Tube Blocked...

Hi. Ive been over in the two-week wait forum for over a year now but I've been ATTC for 20 cycles now. I do have 1 son, he's almost 7 and such a joy but dh doesn't have any biological children of his own and Aiden would love a sibling. I guess you could say we're all a bit baby crazy in this house hold!
In March 2014, we had an HSG performed and we were told my only remaining tube was blocked with scar tissue. This was due to an episode of PIDS that I had when I was 20, so 5 years ago, and I had to have my right ovary and tube removed thanksgiving 5 yrs ago. When the surgery was performed, docs thought my fertility would be ok as long as I waited 1-3yrs to try. As you can imagine, I was a complete mess when I learned of my infertility, especially since the docs thought there was minimal chance of it being blocked but obviously they were wrong. I immediately started looking into natural remedies to possibly help open my tube naturally since tubal surgery leaves a huge risk of having NO tube and then our odds would really be 0%. Right now, less than 5% chance is better than nothing. So anyway, I found an enzymes called "serrapeptase" that German doctors have been using for over 20 years for this specific reason and many other medical conditions. I read there was NOTHING in the enzyme that could harm a person and our bodies would just get rid of what we didn't need, so u can never take too much. Well i started the enzymes about 8 months ago and I truly believe they've worked, at least some.
The German doctor said "black stringy discharge" during AF is a sign of the enzymes breaking down and ridding the bad scar tissue from my body and I started getting AF like that about 6 cycles ago and its now back to normal this month. Maybe there's nothing left to clear out..? Maybe its still completely blocked..? All these questions constantly go through my mind.
I had an HSG scheduled for this past month and it ended up being "put on hold" by my doctor until I got an u/s to check on everything and after I do repeat CD3 bloods and 7dpo bloods. Well the u/s was good, still waiting to hear back about the CD3 tests and getting my 7dpo test this cycle so HOPEFULLY the HSG will be in Dec. FX! Id like to know so I can stop wondering if the enzymes worked for me or not! Ive seen them work for soo many women who took the enzymes the correct way. I would love to be one of those success stories. Ive had a really good feeling lately so FX!! It seems like all US docs are against natural remedies and think they WONT work but I know my doctors wrong when saying that because ive seen it work so I'm keeping my faith.
I haven't met too many women who are ATTC naturally, after knowing they have a blocked tube or another terrible fertility issue. Dh and I aren't against IVF, we're actually all for it, we just dont have all the funds together right now and I refuse to give up in the meantime! If no bfp by April, we will be looking into a round of "Mini-IVF".
Anyway, I was looking for some other ladies who may have fertility issues similar to mine and would like to battle infertility head on with me!...Or if you have a success story for naturally TTC after infertility, please do share!

I have a block left tube and low AMH - my hubby has not great sperm (bad morhology - shape) and we are all natural - we wont do IVF or IUI... personal choice (bad experience with Fertility doctor and hubby wont do it)
I am interested in this natural remedy - never heard of it actually!
I sure hope it helps you and cures you!!

My Ob is actually giving me clomid for a couple cycles - this is my 2nd cycle... in total 25 cycles TTC so far

unfortuately I am 41, DH is 40 so I have limited time to keep trying!
I have a 23 DD and an 18 DD but DH has no kids...

I'm sorry to hear about the factors affecting your fertility :-\. Its rough. Nobody will ever understand unless they go through it themselves. That's why I love this site..u all understand!
We are having my dhs SA done this month. FX thats ok!
If you want to try the enzymes, they're called serrapeptase and u can get "Doctors Best Serrapeptase 40,000miu" on eBay or amazon for about $12-15 a bottle.
I'm guessing you have one patent tube, correct? I think the clomid will def help u with TTC, as it'll help the correct ovary release an egg for you on the right side FX!
Your chart looks great btw! I know clomid is known to cause high, "pretty" temps BUT if it doesn't drop when you expect AF, that's def a great sign! When will you be testing? I'm a POAS addict and buy internet cheapies to feed my habit I used to start testing at 7-8dpo but after 20 cycles plus NTNP on top of that, I now wait until 10-12dpo to test. Although 20 tests only cost $2 on eBay, it still adds up, esp when I dont even know if my tube is patent yet! FX it is! I hope we both see a holiday miracle!

Yes my right tube is fine - I had an HSG in April and the dye ran out the right tube just perfect!! but left - no dye even went in as far as I could tell..
My chart looks like several of the previous ones - so I don't feel like this is the cycle for us...
I have not tested - and I don't think I will as today I feel like will be here soon... I woke up with two white heads on my chin - which as a teen that was a sure sign of AF... so I am saving my HPT's for another cycle...
clomid has done miracles for my cycle - and for that I am grateful!!

I hope your SA results come back perfect and that your vitamins cleared out your tube!!! how exciting...
do you work or stay at home? I am in the military and my DH is an engineer...

I am a stay at home mommy to one right now. Dh is in the landscaping business but we've actually been looking into finding him a better, more reliable job, as landscaping isn't always the best winter job in NH. Last year we got like no snow and it def took a hit on us but thus winter I can already tell will be great work wise. We have a few places in mind for a new job so FX!

And I see what your talking about, clomid has def done wonders for ur cycles! I just had a friend conceive her 3rd try at clomid after 4 YRS! I csnt wait to see ur temp tomorrow! If it stays up tomorrow and sat, that could be a great sign for you. I hear women say all the time they feel AF coming before a bfp. Save the hpts and see if AF is late . Good luck!!! I really hope ur bfp comes asap! No :AF: aloud!!

anyways!!! I have been in the Army National Guard for 21 years... doesn't seem possible!!!
Yes I can see how landscaping in NH might cause issues in the winter!!! I live in Illinois and think landscaping is tough in the winter here!!!

I hope I get a surprise BFP too but I always think I should feel something different - and my chart should be different SOMEHOW... but
But my hopes are higher with clomid that is for sure... I used to spot for days for AF - but on the two cycles of clomid I have taken - no spotting at all!!! that is such a blessing too!!!

My oldest daughter is 23 and she is getting ready to move to Georgia to work at FT Gordon (yes she is in the Army too - military intelligence - she gets to do the fun stuff!! I am just personnel!!)

My youngest graduates high school this year... i am dreading the house being quiet next year when she leaves for college - I keep hoping I will have a little one around... time will tell!!!

PS I am going deer hunting this weekend - something I do to spend extra time with my deer hunting husband - my avatar is from last weekend!!!

Yes I temp! I'm addicted! Lol. My FF charts in my siggy for u to stalk .
It sounds like.your kids are doing great! I can only imagine ur feeling of having an empty home...I got extremely baby crazy just when my son went off to kindergarten last yr! LOL! I cried. Its great your youngest is off to college though!

It seems I'm the same way as u, I always think I should see something different BUT so far every darn cycle I see a new GREAT sign and it turns out to be nothing so maybe my BFP cycle will be a cycle when everything's the same lol. We'll see.. I'm just ready for it to happen already! I'm 25, almost 26 and dh is only 24 but in the fertility world, I'm more along the line of 32, as I only have 1 ovary, I have half the eggs I should have :-\. Hopefully the ovary left had most of the good ones!

I'm on CD9 today and just started getting fertile cm today so I should be O'ing in the next 3-5 days . I'm hoping CD13 will be O day.
Last cycle I had a cyst form after O and it actually caused AF to show 4 days early, which I actually thought was IB because of how it looked at first but it was def AF 4 days early and as soon as the nurse called with my u/s results, I knew exactly why my LP was all messed up! The cycle before I'm pretty sure I had a 16 day LP. I made my CH's show otherwise for stat reasons on FF. I'm hoping this is my body recuperating after my tube opening FX!!!

I'm hoping this coming TWW will be a nice one. I'm sick of all the ICKY bfp symptoms without the BFP! Ugh. FX for us both!
