Ttc need hsg but can't get semen analysis done

Hi all been ttc for almost 2 years now and I'm really at my wits end and local GP isn't really helping or explaining anything to me anyway I need a hsg test done but for legal reasons I can't get a semen sample to give but I need a hsg done but drs won't refer me with out the semen sample but surely there is somewhere in Brisbane that I can go get the hsg done either public or private can anyone please tell me if they know anywhere that does hsg test with out needed semen sample ?
