Hello All! I am new to the boards. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant on our own for some time now, with no success . (I'm 38, 3 previous kids, he's 39, 3 miscarriages from previous marriage.) We found out last year that he is low on all sperm count, morphology, motility, and my tests (Hsg, blood) came back good. I do have endometriosis, but have had this my whole adult life and it has never hindered me from getting pregnant very easily 
After my ultrasound to determine my ovarian reserve, the doctor discovered 37! follicles! I figure that's pretty great right? Considering my age and all. My only concerns are: 1. Will I hyperstimulate even with just oral meds and IUI ? and 2. Does this mean that these are good quality eggs? I know quantity doesn't necessarily indicate quality but it would be nice to hear what you guys think. Anyone have any experience with high follicle count, low sperm count and IUI? Thanks!
