Tubal ligation and possibly pregnant?

I had a tubal ligation about a month after my 21st bday. I had 3 boys already with my husband. My youngest will be 16 in October and ill be 37 in just over a week. I have been getting symptoms like cm and exhaustion. Haven't gone to the gym in a month because of it. Most prominent thing is the blue veins all over my breasts and chest. This morning at work I got this stabbing shooting pain in my left nipple.. It was intense, but went away. What's odd is my hub and I have been in talks about ivf. Not sure if its in my head but I hope it's real. Need some advice.

So far no af...she's usually here first thing in the am

Simple solution is to take a pregnancy test. That will tell you what is this but it looks like you are pregnant.

I was planning on waiting at least a week just to be sure. I'm still waiting on af. I will go ahead and test and keep my fingers crossed
