Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. Ive looked up TVA and women talk about how many finger widths gap they have. Can anyone explain how i measure this so i can measure my progression when i exercise.
You mean the gap between your recti ab muscles? I have this 2 years on...pregnant again now though. To measure I used to lie on my back with knees bent up and feet flat. Place your fingers on your tummy in a line with one finger in your belly button. Lift up your chin to contract your abs...you should feel the border of the muscles on either side ...turn your fingers through 90 degrees to see how many finger widths apart the muscles are. Min e was 3 fingers width initially... Last time I checked pre pregnancy it was 1-2 fingers width.
Be careful with exercise...can make it worse!!
