twinges/ thumping in the right side of my uterus/ovaries?? what could it be?

for a few days now.. and it comes and goes throughout the day/night, i been feeling a light thumping/twinges feeling in or around my right ovary/uterus... im thinking it could be a small cyst in my ovary, but does any1 know if this could indicate early pregnancy? im around 16DPO, i havnt got a bfp yet. My AF is due any time this week but going by my 37 day cycles i am possibly late koz LMP was from march 13th-march 19th. any help will be great ladies!! The only other thing i have noticed is that my facial skin (By now or when AF would be due) is usually full of big pimples and for some reason this cycle.. not a pimple in sight! my face is clear all of a sudden hahahaaa... i will be testing with hpt asap/soon.

Hi. I had this last month and was wondering the same thing as I had never felt it before - or at least I couldn't remember having ever felt it before! But then AF came, a day earlier than expected. Sorry, for me it didn't mean anything, but for you, it might do. All the best xx
