So we have an Evie and we like the name Eden for our bump daughter.

2 things -

Is that too many E's

Does it remind you of the garden of Eden with Eve being similar to Evie?

I think i like this one

I adore Eden and think it sounds fine with Evie!

I think they're fine together but if you plan on ever shortening it to Edie (which is super cute) then it might be confusing because they sound very close.

If you ever call her Edie then it's going to be very close - do you think you could come up with a different nickname for her in advance?

I really like the name Eden though!

I hadnt thought of shortening it or using a nickname as is quite short already. I suppose she may choose to shorten it herself though or her friends might. Ahh its so hard all the names i like are similar!

I think they sound really cute together and I didn't associate it at all with the biblical stuff.

We have an Eve and Eden but agree if she gets Edie it's too similar to Evie, it's tough one x

Eta- our Eden would have been Ada, that's not too distant from Eden but just a bit more seperate from Evie? X

I really love Eden, and it was one of my top choices for a girl. If you are going to call her Eden, and not Edie, then it totally works
