Two ectopics in the past year, Due 12/30/12

I had my first ectopic in August which was treated with methotrexate. I got pregnant again in December which ended up in the rupturing of my right tube. I had surgery to remove the right tube and my doctor assured me that my left tube was absolutely perfect. On 4/19 I had a blood test done at the doctors and the next day they called me and informed me I was pregnant. I have had horrible nauseousness, so overly tired, tender breasts from time to time and today my hips have been aching quite alot.. I am hoping that this is all signs of a successful pregnancy this time... I go on may 9th for my first U/S and I absolutely cannot wait..
