On the 8th I had a positive OPK. We BDed that day, the day after, and the day before. We waited and waited and waited with no answers and I thought AF was bound to come. A few days ago my friend told me I should still take tests until the end of my cycle just to make sure. Tonight I had a second positive.

I really don't know if these have anything to do with it but I've also had sore nipples the past few days, tons of EWCM yesterday and today, and a slight cramp on the right side of my lower abdomen/pelvic area.

What exactly does this mean? Can you ovulate twice in a cycle? Five weeks apart???

Did you have ewcm with the first positive OPK??

keep me updated girl im on the same boat :/ last cycle i bought some opks for the fun of it i was sure i wouldnt get anything since i was in the last days of my cycle prior to af and i actually got lines cd20/21/22/ and a postive cd23 then two days of faints and AF showed her face cd26 ive had normal 30 day cycles but this one was short, now this cycle i tested early with opks and got a postive cd11 not much ewcm i had a rough time(family issues) this month which i stopped temping and taking opks since i thought i had o'd already but ever since on random days ive been having EWCM not sure why so im wondering if im a late ovulation person and possibly my + on cd11 was a 1st surge ahh this is so confusing..... i did take an hpt cd 23and nothing so im sure im out now im just wondering why all the ewcm?? ive read you can gear up once and if it fails your body will try again who knows once af shows ill be better prepared next cycle (currently cd 26)

Yeah not sure what's going on there...kind of in the same boat. I had ewcm and positive OPK on CD 12 then again on CD 21! I think this maybe an anovulatory cycle for me...I read that multiple positive OPK can be a sign of no ovulation as well as PCOS...

You can get a + OPK and not actually ovulate. Sometimes your body can gear up to O, and not. The only way to know for sure if you actually ovulated after a + OPK is to temp. If you get a sustained temp rise, you ovulated. Also, an OPK will go positive if you are pregnant, but in my experience, it went positive well after I had already gotten a BFP on an HPT. Why was I using OPK's after getting a BFP you ask? Because I was TTC FOREVER and had heard this before and just had to try it myself!

Thanks for all the information. I am going to the doctors soon so I will be asking about pcos and a few other things. I was just really confused. I'll keep you guys updated on what the doc says

Im in the same bot.ladies only difference is i have had a + opk since cd 13 now cd 20 . Mylast cycle was thirty days i dont tempt fue to craxy irregular sleeping habits. My gyno had tested me for pcosawhile back and dont have it. She also did an ultrasound awhile back and she said i was ovulating. So i have no clue whats going on thinking about calling the doc ttomorrow

So my doctor is sending me to a specialist to be tested for pcos and for a few other things. I have a screening app. on Thursday and than I'll get a new app. for the real testing. Though my doc is saying that I am showing all the average signs for pcos

Ok guys doc says it's completely normal for this to happen. He says if it last for more than three cycles though to go in and ask to have my AF induced but other than that I'm fine
