two rises and drops in BBT HELP! :(

Going crazy here. The other day I had a temp 96.8 then jumped up to 97.2 and yesterday had another drop of 96.9 to 97.7 and during the day it has been high 98's into early 99's.

Is it possible im very early pregnant? Have lots of discharge (ewcm looking and had some white spots in it today) took a test bfn of course..what could this be? I'm going crazy lol

You should only be tracking your waking temperature (same time each morning to be consistent and avoid an erratic chart). Temps always rise up a lot higher than your waking temp during the day. That is why only you are only supposed to track waking temps (aka basal body temperature).

Charting first thing in the morning at the same time is crucial. You have to have at least 3 hours of solid sleep. Defiantly use a charting app. Your temps sound pretty erratic. Also best way to temp is vaginally.
