Decided to pay for private early scan to ease my mind til my appointment week from today and when I was there they saw two clear sacs the only thing I'm not sure about is the one sac is much smaller than the other via abdominal scan. Next wed I will have a vaginal scan done . Just seeing if anyone has had similar experience.

I don't know if my sacs were different sizes or how they'd look abdominally but my first scan with my boys was 2 sacs and fetal pole at 5+3 done vaginal. I know most of my pregnancy one was a bit smaller.
I don't know how far a long you are but just keep in mind if it's early there is potential for one to reabsorb by your next scan.

One of my twins measured 2 days smaller than his brother, We saw heartbeats at 6 weeks with a vaginal scan. x
