Uh oh....return of the piles!!

I managed to get rid of my piles....but not for long!!!!

Was constipated this morning, had really bad tummy ache....didn't want to force anything out because I was scared about the piles coming back. So I took HALF a herbal laxative.......just had to "go" and they're back and sore

Noooooooooo damn piles we hate you!

Mine haven't gone away they just don't hurt anymore, which I guess is a good thing! More cream for you Hun, and lots of the stuff.

Hope they get better soon!

hate to be a show off but I really haven't had them that bad. But to be honest I refuse to strain. I will only go if it wants to come out lol! (mainly because I was petrified of the thought of getting them!)
But I have kept to not straining - so i reckon its also pressur inside that pushes them out maybe?
