Ultrasound anxiety?

anyone else have this issue? I am 9 weeks pregnant as of today and I’m going in for an ultrasound tonight and am so NERVOUS. I had an ultrasound at 5 w 5 days and I saw the heartbeat on the screen but they didn’t have the option to let me hear. I know they say if you seen the heartbeat your chances of miscarriages go down but I’m still so nervous!! :/

Don’t worry girl I’ve had really bad anxiety for the past week I’ve got a scan on Tuesday and I am besides myself but when I had the first scan I was the same! I actually turned to my OH and said we have got to stop being so negative now and yet I’m doing it all over again! I had a scan at nearly 9 weeks and the next one is 12 weeks, my belly has even popped the past few days and yet I’m still thinking negative! Try not to worry at least you will know tonight xx

I have my 12 week scan on Monday and I am nervous , anxious , and excited . We also seen baby at around 6 weeks.
