uncomfortable bloat

I am so bloated. But I also have this very strong pressure feeling under my right rib. It feels like someone has stuck a sock under it and it so uncomfortable. Does anyone else have this? Should I be contacting a doc? I feel miserable!

Nah i have that too especially after I just eat a meal. I feel a lot better if I eat more small meals and wear pants that's are constricting
