Unexpected bfp

So I wasn’t expecting to be here again at all. I’ve been on the pill since I had my little boy who is 13 months now. I just had this gut wrenching feeling I was pregnant. No other symptoms, no sickness or anything like usual. I have 5 children aged 15,12, 11 year old twins and 13 months. Feeling a little overwhelmed atm . I have no idea how far along I may be as I haven’t had a period in months because I take the pill back to back. my guess was around 5 weeks ish from that line?
