Has anyone taken unisom and b6 for nausea and if so did it work? I'm miserable and was reading that it helped a lot of women. Also I know they usually split the unisom tab in half but how much b6 should you take with it?

I think the recommendation is 25mg of B6 for nausea. I took Diclegis with my last pregnancy and it's becoming popular again here in the States. It is basically the same chemical compounds as unisom and B6, but the supplements are a fraction of the price of Diclegis. Hope that helps.

I think quite a few things seem to have helped my nausea. First of all eating strictly Paleo and not spiking my blood sugar seems to have helped. Cheat foods made me suffer an episode of nausea (been Paleo since 2012)
Then adding Magnesium seems to have helped. My diet is also rich in B Vitamins and my Folic Acid contains a low dose Vitamin B complex. Since taking the two together and also increasing my magnesium intake to 500 mg I am nausea free (I take Magnesium Citrate in water).
I also don't suffer from many other symptoms. Mainly ligaments and uterus stretching.
