Unprotected sex on provera

I'll be grateful to anyone who can shed some light on this for me.

I took the first if 10 daily tabs of provera yesterday- 10mg. I am then meant to start Clomid on day 2 of my period.

My husband and I had unprotected sex last night. We hadn't been told not to. I felt a twinge today and I just know I ovulated. I came home today and got positive OPK.

Now I don't know what to do. Should I stop taking the provera in case I get pregnant, in which case might I already have damaged the pregnancy. Or do I keep taking it because I can't get pregnant on it?

As you can probably see I don't really understand exactly what the provera does.

I'll be so grateful for any advice. I lost a pregnancy recently and am terrified of losing another.
