*UPDATE W/ PIC* Vomited up my entire lunch.. then there was a LINE

I've taken 3 tests since waking up this morning all BFN. When I had lunch I got really nauseous and had to vomit. Immediately I knew I had to be pregnant as I never get sick. So I took another test and a faint line..... Could I really be pregnant with 3 BFN in a matter of hours?

As the suspense was killing me I had to test again before bed. I have about 4 hospital test I got from work and decided to use one. These test you need 3 lines by C R T to indicate a positive. So how many lines do you all see?? Need eyes. Please be honest. I do have a lot of symptoms. Sore bbs nausea heartburn headache cramps dizziness .. I'm sleepy .. Am I pregnant?
