Upset about neighbour

I wouldn't feel safe using it after it's had a 4 foot fall. Even if it looks fine the plastic can be compromised. They say not to use them even after a low impact accident.

Sounds to me like your neighbour was annoyed at having to take the parcel in and couldn't be bothered to have it in the house any longer, which is ridiculous seeing as they must have agreed to take it in the first place! Was it just packaged in the box or was it surrounded by that poly stuff to stop it rattling around? If it was well packaged then I'd not worry about it being put over a four foot wall, I don't see how that would prevent it from being safe any longer.

If it was only a low wall I'd have said its fine and they just lowered it over.

I'd defo go and speak to them though and ask them not to take your stuff in any more as something else could get damaged in the future
