Personally I think the pictures are gorgeous & I think you're OH is really insensitive saying things like that.

My OH was like this with my first son. As a result I have only one photo of me pregnant and I really really wish I'd ignored him and taken more.
I'm now on my second pregnancy with a different OH and he's the opposite, constantly telling me how gorgeous I look and how fabulous our bump is. We take a photo every week to compare how much bump has grown and it's fab.
