I'd love a son this pregnancy, but if it's another daughter then I'll be happy too. But I just can't push off this sad feeling I get when I realise this is my last baby and I may never have a son . It breaks my heart .

I'm really sorry you haven't got your boy. How many children have you got/having? How does your partner feel about not having a boy?
I'm also wanting a boy as I have 2 girls, we aren't trying yet but I already think I won't end up with a boy and I'll have 3 girls.

I'm feeling the same way and I think its really common, especially for women who are having their second baby and only plan on two children.
I can't handle having more than two so we are 100% certain this will be our last. While I will love this baby regardless of sex, a girl would be wonderful because we will get to experience both genders. I have been really repressive about my feelings but it defiantly helps to remind myself that it is okay to be disappointed as long as it doesn't impede my ability to bond with baby. We all know that whatever disappoint we feel will more than likely be gone as soon as baby is here.
For me it helps to pick out things for both genders. For example, I have two bookmark folders, one for a girl and another for a boy. I've looked online at all the different items that I like for both genders. It helps me to see that either way I'm getting a beautiful baby and the only difference is what they wear. I hope you get your baby boy.
