urgh i feel rubbish today

yes i feel the same at work too, luckly only 2 of us in here so its nice and quiet and i dont have anyone saying 'do this and do that'. Im going to pop to the supermarket soon and do a bit of shopping to try and feel better!! hope you feel better soon. Have a nap and some parecetamol.

i felt exactly the same yesterday, i had the worst headache ever, tummy ache, was sick every time i ate or drank, or if i even moved (even threw up my paracetamol) i just couldnt do nothing , woke up today and am still being sick n feeling very nauceous, but i feel so much better than yesterday, hope its the same with you and u feel better by tomorrow, if not already x
