Urine shows 1+1 protein

Hi can someone please tell me what that means? The doctor is sending it off to lab & will ring me tmw. Im showing signs of preeclampsia. Wanted to know is that a bad level of protein.

I didn't want to read and run, im kind of interested in this myself and at my 16 week appt they did a dip stick and it showed 1+ marker and they've said that they need to keep a close eye on it just incase.

My history this is baby number 3, previous pregnancy (DD2) i had Gestational Diabetes which had to be controlled via insulin with induction to labour at 38 weeks. Because my pregnancies this time are in such close succession this is considered to be more high risk for things like pre-eclampsia and other issues my midwife and consultant have informed me.
