using frozen breast milk

If say i had it frozen and then was heading out do i thaw it b4 going out and just keep it at room temp for ? long? Or if its been thawed dies it need to be used right away ?

If its in a container would i just take it out frozen and let it defrost while im out or do u need to always heat it with warm water?

I store mine in freezable bottles and they take almost 24hrs to de frost in the fridge. :)
