Hi I usually sympton spot each month and each month I'm convinced it's my month! This month I have had sore breats for 3 weeks (much worse than usual!!) implantation cramping and nausea...yet somehow this was the month that I really didn't believe it was anything! Eventually I tested yesterday morning expecting to get a negative...then BFP!! Rang hubby at work shaking and crying! Was still in disbelief so did another 3 tests! All strong bfps! 
After 2 and a half years this is finally it!! We were referred to a fertility specialist in Jan and my appointment is next week...sooooo good to know I won't need it! I was also told I had a hormone imbalance 3 weeks ago so was distraught thinking i'd never conceive, yet little did I know I was already pregnant! I think I'm 7 weeks, have a docs appointment next week, so excited! Nervous too!
