Vaginal throbbing with BH

Could this be a sign???!!! Just the last hour I feel tons of pressure on my cervix and now there's vaginal throbbing and aching similar to when I was on my period.

I've been having aches similar to my period starting the past week. My midwife always tells me to time the bh and see if they're getting closer/stronger.
