Vitamin B6 tricked me into thinking I was pregnant!

So just a rant about B6 - I started taking it to lengthen my luteal phase (and it worked, went from 12-14 days) but I think 200mg was too much. This cycle I had a HUGE amount of symptoms that made me think I was for sure pregnant. If you name a symptom, I had it. Of course I was symptom spotting like crazy because it was our first month TTC, but I did not imagine them! Some of the symptoms were even flu like. So frustrated! Thanks for listening. :thumbup::wacko:
 
Thanks for sharing. Sorry that happened. I had an experience with B complex (so don't know which B did it) where I broke out in the worst acne of my life. Took months to clear up even after stopping. This happened twice so I know it was the B vitamins.
 
How crazy vitamins affect people differently! My skin always clears up and my hair gets longer when I take B-complex. But I always take a biotin with it so maybe that's why lol.
 
200mg can be toxic, you shouldn't be taking anything more then 100 mg
