This cycle I have tried adding vitamins to see if these help with a short lutheal phase and implantation I'm taking-
Tesco conception support
Vitamin C 500mg
Vitamin D 10 (backwards u) ug
Selenium A,C & E (A-400ug, E-30mg, C-100mg, selenium 100ug)
Zinc 10mg
B-50 complex x2 (1 morning & 1 night)
Omega 3 Fish oil 1000mg
If I have ovulated should I stop taking any of these or do you think they are safe to carry on with?
I don't want to do any harm if I have managed to conceive this cycle, which leads me to ask looking at my chart do you think i ovulated yesterday?
I'm expecting another temp rise in the morning if that is the case would you say i ovulated yesterday making me 1dpo today?
I'm a little worried as I ate pineapple today and read you shouldn't eat it before or on day of ovulation only from 1dpo.
