vitamins?

So i will be 6wks on friday but doc wont see me until 8 wks. Any suggestions on vitamins to take? Brand? Im already taking womens one a day gummies daily...should i stop taking them?

I'm on materna and an additional folic acid supplement, as per pharmacist recommendation. That's what I took last time too.

I'm taking something called Nature something lol. Sorry can't remember the name at the moment. I tried the walmart version before these and they were fine, but 2 pills instead of 1. Guess they're cheaper because they didn't have to do the work of combining them into a single horse pill lol.
