Vitex/Agnus Castus vs Soy Isoflavones...?

I haven't had sore boobs but I have had cramping (although could have just been ovulation cramping - hopefully, haha!).

Claudinator, may I ask why Soy is a definite no-no? What bloods do you mean, to be done? Day 21 progesterone?
Unfortunately I can't have anything like that done unless I pay for private so it's not really an option for me at the moment

So first cycle on agnus cactus after having two 40 day cycles, I started spotting Friday night which was CD35 and by Saturday night I had full blown AF

so 36 day cycle, kind of improved but this month i'm going to take 2 everyday and see what happens
