wasnt sure where to put this..

let us know what they say, they might suggest for you to go there anyway

Layla that isn't normal hun,

Gushing of blood that soaks right through is not normal, get to A&E they have to see you whether they think you are stupid (which they won't) if you loose too much blood you may end up poorly!

phoned them and they asked me to phone my docs.

Phoned them and he said to go to see my doc first thing in the morning and ask for further investigations to be carried out as to why im bleeding so much, told me to drink lots and to have sugar incase my blood pressure is low.

so i will phone tomorrow and get an appointment.

xx

oh hun :hugs:

glad you got a bit of advice. must be babies born on the 17th Jan causing their mummies constant vaginal problems for ever more!

I know how frustrating it is hun :(

just had to shower and change clothes again :(

hopeing i get some sleep tonight, dont want to be up and down all night.

Im going to insist something gets done tomorrow, dont want this anymore

xx

Oh no Layla. Hope you get some answers tomorrow :(

:hugs:

Can Jase not go with you hun, i find that if your OH goes with you they don't piss you around as much and i'm sure jase would have something to say if he did!

This is definately not normal hun, I know how worrying heavy bleeds are as i had one just after (well 2 weeks) having Jack but mine was placenta.

Did he not say whay is causing it?

he mentioned my PCOS and fibroids but said i need further investigations.

had to get up twoce in the night and this morning was the worse yet, im scared now, had to get my mate to take teh kids to school coz i dont think i could get there and back without leaking.

the docs open at 8.30 so im phoning then

xx

id still goto a&e,cant you stick a bag and bath towel under you and go in the car,put a few towels on you together instead of one.please layla as the docs just fob you off and this needs to be sorted.it is not normal to fllod that way,it is not normal to feel it gushing out of you

phoned the docs, he phoned me backl and said hes putting me on more tablets to slow teh bleeing down.

so fucked off, i dont want to take tablets, they are only masking the problem not solving it.

waiting for Jase to get home from work then i might go to A&E to see if i can get it sorted. only been up and hour and a half and ive already had to change my pad 3 times!

xx

aww darling,i know what you mean, whats the point of tablets if when you come off them all you're doing is starting all over again.just be genuine with them, tell them its gushing out if you and you are genuinally scared

sweetie i'm sorry i only just read this

Can't beleive the doc is just gonna give you more pill as that is not finding the problem and maybe yeah they'll slow it down but it has to be coming from somewhere, and as soon as you stop i think will br worse than ever

I would rally go to A&E as soon as Jase gets in
:hugs: :hugs:

Layla its not normal to change your pad that many times an hour i would def pop ypurself off to a&e as soon as u can! Let us know how u are hun!
xxx

I'm going into hospital on 18th Dec for a hysteroscopy because of heavy periods. Reading your posts sounds just like me. AF started yesterday and all day yesterday and again today its "flowing" almost constantly. (TMI sorry). I woke up this morning and i was covered. It had gone through my underwear and all through the bed. When i have a wee, i have to sit there for five minutes just to let it pour! I am constantly drained, i'm currently taking iron because of it cos my iron levels were so low. Has your doctor suggested you take iron?

oh layla i am sorry only just reading this....i would defo head to a&e, losing this amount of blood cant be good for anyone...thinking of you honey...bxox
