Slightly confused...

Woke up yesterday in AGONEY... thought i was losing the baby :nope:
a VERY heavy feeling in the lower abdomen, had a Wee and i was in more pain!
Had to walk hunched over to ease the pain..

Saw my midwife, she says i have a water infection..
Is that all?! With all this pain?!
Theres no let up on the pain..mostly in my right lower side.. It is uncomfortable having a wee.. but only hurts my Tummy.. Is this right?!

Anyone else???

Hi, haven't had one myself but my 2 year old little girl was diagnosed with one yesterday.

She has a temp and told me her tummy was sore, spent most of the day curled up with her knees up to her chest. She's had loads of major operations and never complains that thing are sore so it must be bad for her to complain.

Hope you feel better soon xxx

In my last pregnancy when I had a water infection it was on the right hand side but all the pain was at the back and I couldn't walk x been diagnosed with a water infection again when I saw my midwife last week but got no symptoms wot so ever  have you been given any antibiotics?

i can sympathise - this is my second water infection and how you describe it is exactly how i feel its all lower abdomen - agony - walking is a nightmare and feels like passing cut glass

Ive got my second lot of abx to take
hope you feel better soon

L xx
