Okay so I've been reading a lot of the threads for the last 2-3 weeks and I've seen that some are waiting to loss some weight to move to the next step of ttc. So I've been thinking what can we do. And have somewhat of an idea but want to see how many would like to participate.
Here's what it would consist of:
- Inicial weigh in
- Weekly weigh in (I like to do Wednesdays just in case I have a bad weekend gives me a chance to work it off)
- We can start off doing it for a month (4 weeks to see how it goes)
- give me what you'd like to lose in those 4 weeks (please be resonable)
- and some type of goal (example workout at least 3 time a week or drink 448 oz of water a week, thats 8 per day for 7 days)
This is what it would look like:

Inicial weight: 177lbs
Week 1: 176lbs (loss 1)
Week 2:175lbs (loss 1)
Work out: 4 out of 5 days
We can help each other and motivate eachother as we go along and hopefully that will help keep you motivated on your journey. That way reaching it faster
I know it works because about 2 years ago I did this on another site and was able to lose over 50lbs in less than a year and was able to go from a 36% body fat to a 24%!!!! Since then I have gained some back and would love to get them off again.
So what do you think? How many would be intrested?
